In a beautiful location beside the river Eamont at Pooley Bridge, Granny Dowbekin’s Tearoom and Garden is the perfect setting to enjoy delicious home cooked breakfasts, lunches and snacks. Our cakes and scones are made on the premises every day using the finest locally sourced ingredients. We offer a selection of gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian options as well as smaller portions for children. Muddy boots and dogs are welcome. We have a purpose built cycle rack, wheelchair access, facilities for baby changing and free wifi. We serve a range of wine, local beers and cider.
